I automate the back office I used to run by hand.

Four years in operations, then I started building the tools. Today I design and run AI assistants and workflow automations in production for small businesses, from mapping the process to supporting it after launch.

0 h1 day2 days

Two working days of manual entry became about three hours, with bank and books reconciling to zero.

Selected work

WhatsApp assistant for a gym

Espacio Solé, Gonnet, Argentina. 2,400 members.

In production since June 2026

Members ask about schedules, fees and classes on WhatsApp. The front desk was answering all of it by hand. The assistant answers on its own and only hands over to staff when a sale is ready to close.

86%of conversations solved without staff
456conversations in the first four months
0technical failures in 1,400+ replies
  • Started as a 51-node n8n workflow; migrated to native tool use on the Claude API to make it simpler and more reliable.
  • Knowledge base with semantic retrieval and prompt caching; answers stay inside what the gym actually offers.
  • Postgres on Supabase with separate schemas for the bot runtime and the admin panel, row-level security on every table.
  • Every change is tested against a regression suite of 295 audited real conversations before it ships.

Finance automation for a student residence

Casa Rica Obelisco, Buenos Aires. I was the administrator.

In daily use

I handled the company’s treasury: payments, transfers, collections and the month-end close. Instead of living in spreadsheets, I automated the parts that repeated every month.

2 days → 3 hmonth-end close
0difference, bank vs. books
  • Automatic ingestion of bank movements into the accounting system, including parsing credit-card statements from PDF.
  • Invoice files renamed and filed automatically by an n8n workflow.
  • Replaced the cash-flow spreadsheet with a web app that projects the bank balance day by day, so the team knows ahead of time how much money is needed and when.

Visit booking and referrals for a coliving

Wanna Colive, Argentina.

In production

Prospects used to book visits by message, and follow-up depended on someone remembering. The platform schedules visits, tracks each prospect through to move-in, and notifies the sales team automatically. A referral system rewards residents who bring new ones.

Commercial analysis for a 45-unit hotel

Three years of booking data plus 9,000 staff messages, processed and analyzed. The bottleneck wasn’t the number of quotes but conversion on the direct channel, and a sales portal’s decline came from a broken listing, not visibility.

Investment reporting system

A personal Python tool that pulls balances from exchanges and a broker through their APIs and computes real returns in US dollars, adjusting each position by the exchange rate on its purchase date.

Property management

I manage five rental units: contracts, rent updates, utilities, collections. It keeps me close to the kind of small-business operations I automate.

How I work with a team

  1. Map the process

I sit with the people doing the work and find where the time actually goes, before touching any tool.

  2. Build the smallest useful version

Something real people use in days, not a demo. Usually n8n plus an LLM, and a small app when the process needs one.

  3. Test against real cases

Real conversations and real statements become the test set, so every change can be checked before it ships.

  4. Run it and stay close

Monitoring, fixes and iteration after launch. The job isn’t done until the team stops doing it by hand.
